ROOF BRACKETS | Split System

Want to lift your outdoor split system AC unit off the floor and onto the roof?
 
AC roof brackets is required, these roof brackets are designed to secure the outdoor unit to the roof within a roof pitch of 5 - 45 degrees.
 
Recommended if you have an unlevel or unstable base, flower bed in the way, need the space down the side of the house or outdoor unit is too close to the fence line. Also great if you have pets or small children to fit up away from harm. This is more common with smaller cottage type blocks or where there is limited wall space to fit outdoor.
 
Roof brackets are designed to be installed on Tin or Tile roofs with a pitch no greater than 45 degrees.
 
Roof brackets will require the AC LIFTER option, your technician will also require a DEKTITE roof penetration seal and there maybe some additional labour charges which they will quote seperately on the day. Approx cost to roof mount an AC unit is $550 including the Roof Bracket - this is a guide and may vary.
 
NOTE: This option includes supply and installation of the roof bracket itself, some extras will be required including DEKTITE, AC LIFTER and Additional Labour which our technicians will quote seperately with you prior to commencing any works. 
 
Warranty does not cover wear or surface rust / corrosion to the brackets.
We do take all care not to break tiles or dent your tin roof when installing your brackets but we will let you know if we do so you can organise replacements etc.
